1. Who can register a .pl domain name?
Any natural or legal person irrespective of origin. It is not required to have an address
or a place of business in Poland to register a .pl domain name.
2. What are the procedures of resolution disputes concerning domain names in Poland?
Disputes concerning domain names in Poland may be solved by the Arbitration Court at the Polish
Chamber of Information and Telecommunications or by common courts.
The following procedures are possible before the Arbitration Court:
mediation
arbitrary procedure.
Decisions of the Arbitration Court are final and enforceable the same as decisions of common courts.
